Every single person were very professional but there was one person that stood out over the rest his name is Darren he might have a superman cape hiding under his clothes I observed him while he was working and he was multi tasking 2 computers...phones and clients all while he was helping the girl next to him he is an asset to your company it's guys like him that just makes all around him feel lucky...

Florence Pugh is wonderful! Always, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant, understanding to my circumstances and gets things done quickly. I never have to remind her or follow up to be sure that referrals or lab orders, etc have been taken care of. I'm so glad I found Hillside Primary Care- Schertz and Florence Pugh. A blessing for sure.

Love this office. You are treated with respect and always listened to. You are taken seriously and your health is important to them. Front desk staff are always cheerful and make you feel welcome. Highly recommended.

The staff and our Dr. were warm and personable. The Dr. was very thorough in asking questions.

I’ve always had good people in the lab but I have to say that the young black woman is the best at drawing blood anywhere I’ve been in my almost 70 years. I don’t look at needles and I had to ask if she had started when she was actually finishing. Need to learn her name. Everyone at the Schertz office is great but I’m so thankful for Flo. Love her!

This was my first visit to the Schertz location and it was a very pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Service was also fast and efficient. The lab experience was the best. The phlebotomists worked together and helped inoculate my special needs family member quickly and on the first try. Teamwork is the dream work!

The front staff are very helpful in answering questions you may have, such as appointment changes, and getting help, with whatever you may need. It's a busy clinic, but they get everyone through as quick as they can. The doctors are very attentive, they don't rush you, like some doctors do. I like that they have someone call you at least once a month to see how your doing, and to see if you need any prescriptions filled. I highly recommend this location, you won't be disappointed. One negative thing I think they need to fix, they have one number for al the locations, which makes it hard to contact someone directly to your office, other than that, no complaints. Thank you Schertz office.🙂
