Office staff is friendly and very polite office is clean doctor is very professional and explains everything the only downfall it’s that wait time is over an hour long

First visit today and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I was very comfortable asking questions. I am very impressed on how quickly appointments were made with specialist, and medications were faxed to pharmacy.

The only Doctors office I’ve been to that has been very thorough. In less than a year, they have tackled most of my life long ailments. Very grateful to have found them. Wonderful staff. Gabriela Quintero is the absolute best !!!!! I cannot leave out the wonderful ladies that operate the front office. Can’t praise this location enough.

Rita Thomas has been my health care provider for several years. I first saw her at a clinic in Kyle. Then I followed her to New Braunfels! She is kind, compassionate, and she truly cares about her patients. She listens and takes the time to engage with you to solve health issues. I cannot say enough great things about her. Everyone is so nice here and they actually listen to what I need and very respectful. I have a very hard time sleeping and they actually took the time to listen and try different medication at a low dosage to help me sleep and calm my anxiety. Now I sleep great and able to be more out and about with family and friends. Thank you to everyone there that is helping me and listening. Great place to go to and will continue to go.
