The ladies who work here simply enjoy their work, bring consistent smiling faces at each appointment, but more importantly, are quick, efficient and knowledgeable on their craft. I was extremely impressed with the care I received today. Every single person I encountered made me feel welcomed, cared for, and genuinely listened to. From the sweet receptionist who greeted me, to Nurse José Cortez, whose efficiency, knowledge, skill, and bedside manner were truly impeccable, everyone was outstanding. José was organized, compassionate, and clearly an expert at what he does. He made the entire intake process feel seamless and put me at ease from the moment we met. Nurse José Cortez sets the standard for what exceptional patient care should look like. Brook, the medical student, was attentive, kind, and took the time to listen carefully to my concerns. She listened intently and communicated everything to Dr. Bentley exactly as I had explained it, which made me feel heard and understood. Dr. Bentley was equally exceptional. He was attentive, compassionate, thorough, and had an outstanding bedside manner. He took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed and made me feel confident in the care I was receiving. It's rare to find an entire team that consistently provides this level of professionalism, kindness, and genuine compassion. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience. I left feeling cared for, reassured, and grateful. I highly recommend this practice.

I want to say "Thank You To Hillside Primary Care" for accepting New Patients considering that I was with Gonzaba for more than 20 years until recently they stopped being my Primary Care Physician 😢. After many calls to my insurance trying to find another PCP I was directed to Hillside Primary Care by my insurance. It was extremely overwhelming and stressful trying to find a new doctor. I made an appointment and saw Dr. Lizbet Gonzales she was extremely comforting, professional and very kind. I mentioned all of my concerns she listened and answered all of my questions regarding my healthcare giving me peace of mind. Dr. Gonzales was extremely thorough on all testing. Tests that were never done before during my Healthcare at Gonzaba. I look forward in continuing my healthcare with Dr. Gonzales. The staff is exceptionally kind, caring and professional ready to answer any questions or concerns with a smile. The office is very clean and cozy.
