Dr.Rocha is wonderful, she took the time to address my daughter (the patient) and explained everything with her directly which I loved. Wonderful experience.

The ladies at the front are so helpful and the Dr’s have been helping me through some serious health issues and I have the diagnosis and protocol on one of my issues. They set me up w care providers in NB which have been impossible till I got Hillside for my primary.

Always a great experience here! Very attentive personnel, and reasonable wait times. Lab technicians were great, nursing/pa staff were great, Dr.Bentley really seemed to listen attentively and gave the sense that he cares. NP Peralez was also attentive, kind, and thorough in her communication. The help desk for requesting prescriptions refills is very frustrating, though. Requested the wrong medication on our behalf, then gave me the wrong email address three times. The Information repeated back to me was wrong multiple times with two different people. I don’t have any sort of accent or speech impediments and repeated the information concisely multiple times. I had to go through the process of simply making the request three separate days. They really need a better system for communication.

Hillside Primary Care is the best I love my PCP provider Florence Pugh she is really good & though all the nurses are nice & caring. And you don’t have to wait long.

My husband and I have had Hillside as our Primary for more then 15 years. They have always been very patient oriented and P.A. Anderson is very kind.

I feel so comfortable and like they truly have my best interest

First time using hillside was a bit nervous 😬 because who likes going to the doctor, as soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted at the front door by 2 lovely ladies I believe there names where rosio and Valeria not only did they help me with checking in they also had a way of making me feel at home …

I was glad to finally visit the Roosevelt location and see Dr. Beard. It's much closer to home. Check in was easy and Dr. Beard gave me some good knowledge about navigating Medicare and my diabetes treatment. I definitely recommend them.
