After more than 35 years of receiving healthcare through the military and VA system, I can honestly say that Hillside Primary Care has provided some of the best care I have ever received. I’ve been a patient here for about a year, and in that time they have helped me address and resolve several health issues that had gone unresolved for years. The entire team is professional, compassionate, and genuinely cares about their patients. From the front desk staff to the medical providers, everyone takes the time to listen and ensure you receive the care and follow-up you need. I would especially like to recognize PA-C Richardson. She has been exceptional throughout my healthcare journey. Her professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and genuine concern for her patients have made a tremendous difference in my health and quality of life. Thanks to her dedication and the support of the Hillside team, I have made more progress in the past year than I did during decades of navigating military and VA healthcare systems. I would also like to recognize Dr. Patel, the founder of Hillside Primary Care, for building a practice that truly puts patients first. First visit today and everyone was so sweet and welcoming. I was very comfortable asking questions. I am very impressed on how quickly appointments were made with specialist, and medications were faxed to pharmacy.

The only Doctors office I’ve been to that has been very thorough. In less than a year, they have tackled most of my life long ailments. Very grateful to have found them. Wonderful staff. Gabriela Quintero is the absolute best !!!!! I cannot leave out the wonderful ladies that operate the front office. Can’t praise this location enough.

The staff here are so kind & friendly. Samantha Logue is such a breath of fresh air as far as PCMs go - she suggests vitamins before medication & offers actual care along with health medicine. I feel really lucky to have found this practice for my primary care!

Rita Thomas has been my health care provider for several years. I first saw her at a clinic in Kyle. Then I followed her to New Braunfels! She is kind, compassionate, and she truly cares about her patients. She listens and takes the time to engage with you to solve health issues. I cannot say enough great things about her.
