At Hillside Primary Care New Braunfels, the entire staff consistently demonstrates professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. My primary care physician, Mrs. Joni Maxwell, is an outstanding medical professional, and I am highly satisfied with her care. She is attentive to my medical needs and meticulously manages my prescriptions, always providing accurate and comprehensive responses to my inquiries.

Ms. Betty was good to talk to. She asked how I was, she paid great attention to me. We went over my medication and refilled the script Immediately. She was caring and genuine. It warms nice to talk with her.

This isnthe best medical office I've used, both for myself or my children, grandmother, or mom. They don't keep you waiting for ages, like most other offices, and they actually listen. I'm glad I found them, and that they're close to me.

Hillside Primary Care was a wonderful clinic. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Liza Schwarz, APRN, was incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions. She made me feel heard and never rushed during my appointment.
