First time but had a great experience. The front desk staff was kind and welcoming. The wait times to see the doctor and then for labs were very minimal, and Dr. Beard was great…very approachable, unpretentious, and easy to talk to.

Amazing clinic! No frills, but the people are what make it great. NP Villa is exceptional. So are Deandra and Nikki. [I hope I spelled those right] This is a competent business and is well worth it if you live In Windcrest, Camelot, or anywhere along Walzem. I take my mother and father both here. They do very well with geriatric medicine and diagnosing things like delirium. Give it a try. As an MBA and doctoral candidate (DBA), I am impressed with the business model of Hillside. Go expecting good, competent, compassionate, polite care. That is exactly what you will receive (in my experience).

I'm a new patient. Let me start by saying I went to the wrong address at first, which made me late for my appointment. When I arrived, the receptionist was very nice; she checked me in without any problem or attitude, just a smile that was a plus. When I got to the back, the nurses' assistant was also very kind and made me feel comfortable. Now, let's talk about Ms. Roselyn Omungo—this lady was very nice and professional. She took care of all my needs and then asked about my wants. She made me feel like I could talk to her about anything. Even the lab person was great. She provided me with career advice, healthcare, and career moves—you can't beat that. I highly recommend this health facility.

My insurance changed but I wanted have my daughter to continue seeing Dr. Johnson. The office staff and nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable about my new copay. I love how personable Dr. Johnson is with my daughter. We had a great experience.

It's convenient I like going on Saturdays and get my doctor's appointments out of the way and the pharmacy is right downstairs and The Vampires are upstairs (( Labs ))

Mr. Roy Anderson is a great person. He takes the time to talk and listen and explain. I have been booking my appointments with him. I am older and he writes down everything so if I forget I can read it. Thanks again Mr. Roy. 🙂

I followed Diane Turner from her previous practice, and I’m very glad I did. She is fantastic and has helped me get my health under control over the last several years. I especially appreciate that she takes the time to explore natural remedies and supplements before immediately prescribing medication. She truly listens, works with her patients, and takes a thoughtful, personalized approach to healthcare. The entire office staff is also outstanding. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring, which makes every visit a positive experience. The office manager does an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly and is always helpful, professional, and accommodating.
