It was a delight. I was a little apprehensive at first because of some reviews I read about long waits. I myself didn’t experience this at all. I waited less then five minutes to go back. They were attentive to me immoderately and the Dr was there with me with in maybe 10 minutes after I went back. I saw Dr. Rocha. I couldn’t say enough about how pleased I was with her. When we were done I felt like I had made a new friend. She was both professional and absolutely a delight. The staff was equally delightful.

First time visit with Hillside Primary Care (Live Oak) location today. Outside was well maintained and inside was very clean. Staff was friendly and eager to serve. It was an easy intake questionnaire using my cell phone which I appreciated. Dr Mark Bentley was amazing. He actually listens and wants to know your concerns. I would definitely recommend Hillside Primary Care to family & friends.

I was very happy with my appointment today with Ms. Lizbet Gonzalez. She explained everything very well and very professional. I will definitely continue to see her. Thank you Ms. Gonzalez. But I do have to mention there's this one receptionist she's a young girl she looks very mean never smiles and just stares at me like I owe her something 🤔 and thats all time I go to my appt. being in the front office she needs to be friendly. The other 2 lady's are very friendly and very professional 👏 Thank you, Thank you!

My husband and I changed providers to Hillside. So far we like everything. Dr. Patel and the PA are attentive and listened to our concerns. What I like is that we received calls for our referrals right away. Not like our previous provider where referrals wouldn’t get our info for weeks.

I came to this location to get bloodwork. Samuel A. found my veins quickly, got the blood and out the door. The receptionist were also friendly and understanding while looking for my info from another location.

Dr. Roy was excellent and it was the first time we met. He has friendly attitude and I enjoyed our visit. We went through all my medication’s. My blood pressure is that Nurse have taken before overall it was a wonderful A great time. So happy to be seen at Hillside.
