I had an appointment today 10 April 2026. Their new check in on line works great. The appointment was with Dr Anderson. Very charismatic and professional. He took his time in explaining my cognitive test and my brain test results. All of the staff that took care of me today were also very professional and pleasant. I wish I could remember all their names. In particular, the young lady who set me up to administer my test, and the young lady who set up my follow up appointment and checked me out. Hillside continues its high standards. Hillside Primary Care displays a professional efficient service. I recommend Hillside for those living in the Live Oak area. Returned to Hillside today. Once again, excellent service. My doctor Dr Khusboo. She was very detailed in explaining my ECOGRAM and my labs. She gives great health pointers. Excellent professional Doctor and also the staff. Clean offices throughout the building. Really recommend Hillside for excellent service and convenience especially if you live in Live Oak

This place is very professional and they don't make you wait for hours when you have an appointment. The ladies at the front desk are sweet and very helpful. Dr. Stella is absolutely outstanding she takes her time with her patients, very caring, explains to where I can understand. I'm very lucky to have her as my doctor. You can tell they love their job and enjoy being at work. No matter how many we are , they attend to each one of us with calmness and beautiful smile. When you have problems with billing or anything else they are ready to help you find a solution instantly.Jessica is such a lovely soul, very polite, own her job, really caring . I actually ran out of great adjectives for Jessica. She should be awarded the best employee of the year. Ever since I started coming her she has always been such a great help with a caring heart. Hillside clinic was awesome today. Office smells good. The staff was nice and helpful. My doctor Sydney took care of all my needs and was very very nice . I couldn't of gone to a better place. l

Check in is quick and easy and all the employees in the front office are friendly! Went for blood work and tech is always really nice and quick! Doesn't bruise my arm , unlike the place I use to go to before!
